Tour Plan

DAY 1: CASABLNACA – RABAT – CHEFCHAOUEN:

Your journey starts with a pickup at Casablanca's Mohammed V International Airport and continues with a sightseeing tour of Rabat and Chefchaouen on the first day. We will visit the Hassan II Mosque, a famous architectural wonder and one of the biggest mosques in the world, as part of our city tour. Our next destination is Rabat, the capital of Morocco, where we will get the chance to view the Oudayas Kasbah and Hassan Tower, two of the country's most recognizable structures.

Chefchaouen, a lovely town in northern Morocco set in the breathtaking Rif Mountains, is our next destination. On an incredible journey, we will soon be traveling there.

Traveling from Rabat to Chefchaouen takes four hours and takes you through stunning landscapes of verdant hills, charming villages, and spectacular views. After you've settled into your lodging, you'll have plenty of time to see Chefchaouen's many sights.

DAY 2: EXPLORE THE BLUE CITY OF CHEFCHAOUEN – FES:

We will visit Chefchaouen, well known as the "blue city," today before continuing on to Fes. There is a warm welcome and beautiful bluewashed architecture in the old medina of the city. Take a spin over the northern slope's maze of back roads and narrow passages. Take a leisurely stroll around the main square, square Outa el-Hammam, and stop at some of the cafés and eateries in the area.

Then, go to the city walls by climbing the hill. Take a leisurely stroll to Hotel Atlas and make your way to the rooftop for a breathtaking view. To go to the white Spanish Mosque, you'll need to take a side trip to the east. A stunning view of the setting sun behind the mountains (20 to 30 minutes distant) awaits you after a little climb up the hill. We will depart for Fes in the late afternoon and spend the night in a beautiful riad.

DAY 3: EXPLORE FES WITH A LOCAL GUIDE:

Experience the Chouara Tannery's age-old techniques up close and personal; they've been in use since the eleventh century. Fes el Jdid, a "new city" constructed in the 13th century, and the Al Attarine Madrasa, a mosque renowned for its intricate zellij tile work, both date back to the 14th century.

Spectacular views of the city may be seen from the Mellah, the cemetery, and the ancient Jewish district. If you have the time, you should definitely stop by Ville Nouvelle to witness the remarkable transformation in architecture for yourself. We will let you explore Fes at your own pace before you go to your lodging at the end of the day.

DAY 4: FES – IFRANE – AZROU – MIDDLE ATLAS MOUNTAINS – SAHARA DESERT:

We start our vacation with a visit to Ifrane, sometimes called the Switzerland of Morocco. Take some jaw-dropping pictures while you marvel at the beauty of the town. Then we'll make a pit stop at Azrou's cedar forest, where we could see some monkeys playing.

Midelt was our next lunch stop. We traverse the picturesque TIZI N TALGHAMT pass, which offers a breathtaking view of the Ziz Valley and its gorges, as the sun sets. We stop at the date-and fossil-rich cities of Aoufous and Erfoud on the way to the Erg Chebbi Dunes. Finding out more about this one-of-a-kind art form might be as simple as going to a fossil craft class.

The Merzouga Dunes of Erg Chebbi are our last destination. You will have a lovely dinner while listening to traditional Berber music once you have settled at your hotel. Guests may unwind in one of the hotel's distinctive and cozy rooms while taking in the tranquil beauty of a desert night.

DAY 5: MERZOUGA – RISSANI – ARFOUD – TODGHA GORGES – DADS VALLEY:

After leaving Dads Valley behind on Day 4, you'll go through Merzougha, Rissani, Arfoud, and the Todgha Gorges. At
It would be in your best interest to get up early today so you can see the dunes change into a fascinating light and shadow show as the sun rises. After breakfast, you'll return to Merzouga on your camel, where you'll meet your driver and continue to Dades Gorges.

We will make a pit break at the bustling traditional market in Rissani along the way. On market days (Sundays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays), the streets come alive with a kaleidoscope of colors, sounds, and scents as you meander around the city.

Next stop, Arfoud, is a workshop with an exhibit of petrified marble that you are allowed to peruse. As we pass through the gorgeous Touroug and Tinjdad palm farms, we will pause for lunch.

Afterwards, we will take a car to the Todgha Gorges. Canyons with vertical walls, ideal for rock climbing, can be found near rivers. Instead of rushing through your investigation of the gorges, take your time and savor the breathtaking environment.

Boumalne Dades will be our pit stop en route to the Dades Valley. Make time in your itinerary to see the renowned "monkey fingers" rock formations and a picturesque vantage point atop a mountain that provides breathtaking views of the Dades Valley. Dinner and a night at a hotel will round out the day.

DAY 6: DADES GORGE – OUARZAZATE – AIT BEN HADDOU – HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS – MARRAKECH:

The next stop on our journey, after breakfast, will be the Rose Valley in Kalaa Magouna. Come to the May Rose Festival to see the wares of local artisans who have created items centered around roses, such as oil, perfume, and decorations. You will pass through the palm groves of Skoura on your way to Ouarzazate.

Take a tour of the Ouarzazate film studios, the locations of many famous films.The famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a walled village and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is our first destination on the schedule. Scenes shot in this notable Kasbah have appeared in several films and television series, such as Alexander, Combatant, The Mummy, and Diversion of Positions of Authority.

After touring this famous kasbah, we return to Marrakech via the Tizi-N-Tichka pass and the High Atlas Mountains. We will stop for lunch and photo ops at scenic overlooks along the way. Staying in a riad in Marrakech for the last night of the six-day Morocco itinerary departs from Casablanca.
